Our trip to Pittsburgh

Part I: On Friday July 10 I got up at 4:20am so we could begin driving to Pittsburgh. Just before 6am we took off. We took I 93 to I 95 to I 90 to I 84 to Route 15 to I 287 to I 78 which dad missed his exit to I 78 from I 287 and didn't notice it until he was 14 exits past the one we were supposed to take to I 81 to I 76 which we were on for 150 miles to I 70 and finally we took exit 20 on E. Beau St! It took about 11 hours in all including the breaks we made. On Saturday, Dad, Adelina, and Levi went to the Whisky Rebellion festival while I stayed back to practice piano. For lunch we went to Shorty's hot dogs for lunch! It was really good.

Part II: On Sunday, we got up, I practiced piano and we went for our runs. Today dad left to go back home. Oliver came today. He is very big because he is 1 now. On Monday, we got up and left for a bike ride on the Montour trial. I rode 15.2 miles. Then we went back so I could practice piano. On,
Tuesday, we went to a science center with lots of cool stuff. We went to Permanti's for lunch.

Part III: On Wednesday, we went to Mingo creek. Making a dam at the creek is always a tradition. Uncle Matt taught me how to fly his helicopter. We had hamburgers for dinner. On Thursday, we headed to Syracuse for a 6 hour drive. Welcome to New York! We stopped at lake Erie for lunch. Around 5:30pm we got checked in and had dinner. Then we went to the pool. On Friday, we got on the road at 8am and went straight to the Appalachian mountains for a hike and lunch. It was a beautiful day. We got home at about 4pm and I had piano practice finally on Dumbledore, our grand piano in the late afternoon, early evening. It was a great trip.
