Music 101 Recital

On Saturday June 18 and Sunday June 19, we went to the Music 101 Recital at the Roosevelt School in Melrose. When we got to the recital, the quartet and I played clocks as an opening piece. About 12 students in, Adelina preformed her Minuet by Bach which we all loved. Pretty soon, I played my Mozart Sonata in C at the end of the first half. In the second half, I played my own composition and my first duet, Presto with Stephen, my theory and composition teacher.

My New Room

About 2 weeks ago, I moved into my new room on the 3rd floor. I like it because it is quiet and there is a lot of space. I have a keyboard, cello, and a beanbag up there.  We hired someone to install the new shelving where I could keep my clothes. I love the view from my room!

Spring Ensemble Recital

On Sunday June 5 2016 we went to the Baptiste Church to have the spring ensemble recital. It started at 4:00 but students had to be there at 3:00. It started out with Stars and Stripes Forever preformed my Me, My friend Dante, and my piano teacher Tanya. After that, Adelina and her friend Sky preformed a few pieces and then Dante and i came back to the piano to preform Rondo by Mozart and Let it Be by the Beatles. Then, Me and the quartet went with Me on Piano, Dante on Cello, Gabriel on Violin, and Ella on Viola. We played 3 pieces: Clocks by Cold Play and 2 other classical ones.

Velvet Green

Our grass has been doing pretty well, so now all of it is green. Yard should be opened in about a month!
